Registration Deadline

• Registrations should be submitted by Monday, May 18, 2026.
• As registration is limited, registrations will be accepted until the above date or until spaces are filled. Registrations submitted beyond capacity will be waitlisted. Please register as early as possible.

For Whom

• This conference is for young people who are entering high school (minimum requirement: completed Grade 8 & born in or before 2012), through college, who are serious about their walk with God, to gather and seek Him together.
• We strongly encourage those who are in college or older to come with a heart to serve the youth.

Important Notes

This time is to be kept fully focused on the Lord, avoiding distractions. All personal entertainment devices, including cell phones, are to be put away during the conference.

This conference is in-person, English only. You must commit to all days of the conference, attendees must stay on site.

• Please notify us immediately of cancellations.
• Submission of registration does not guarantee registration status of attendee. A separate confirmation email will be sent out once all details have been reviewed.
• Registrations must be submitted together by group or fellowship. If there is no chaperone coming with you or your group, please contact us prior to submitting a registration.
• Registrations must be filled and submitted here online. Registration information can be found in the Registration tab.
• For chaperones registering for groups over 5 people, please contact syc.toronto@gmail.com for an excel sheet to fill out for registration, as well as a registration form template.

• Alarm clock (not your phone)
• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
• Watch (digital/analog)

What We Provide

• Pages for note-taking in the conference handbook.
• Towels and linens.
• There are laundry facilities available, payable by credit card.

Conference Costs

• The total cost of the conference is supported by love offerings. This can be brought with you and does not need to be mailed beforehand.
• 435 CAD (335 USD) is our cost per person for using the facilities at Redeemer University College. This does not include any other costs associated with the conference (i.e. handbook, transportation, love gifts).
• Cheques should be payable to Toronto Christ's Congregation. Memo: Summer Youth Conference 2025 - [Attendee Name]
• Each attendee is encouraged to be before the Lord regarding their responsibility in this matter.
