Please note that submission of this form is not an official confirmation of registration. Submission of registration does not guarantee registration status of attendee. A separate confirmation email will be sent out once all details have been reviewed.

For chaperones registering for groups over 5 people, please contact syc.toronto@gmail.com for an excel sheet to fill out for registration, as well as a registration form template.

Registration Deadline

• Registrations should be submitted by Monday, May 18, 2026.
• As registration is limited, registrations will be accepted until the above date or until spaces are filled. Registrations submitted beyond capacity will be waitlisted. Please register as early as possible.
