Please let us know your travel itinerary ASAP - no later than July 6th, 2025. If you are travelling as a group, only 1 submission is required. Submit your travel information using the form below.

  • Everyone is welcome to worship with us on the Sundays before and after the conference. We are generally able to accommodate those who are staying a day or two before and/or after the conference.
  • Flights to Toronto should be booked into Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
  • In order to aid in the logistics of getting everyone to and from the conference site, please plan your travel itinerary to arrive in the Toronto area no later than Sunday, August 3, 2025.
  • For those leaving on Friday, August 8, 2025, please be aware that due to traffic, it will not be possible to arrive at the airport before 8:00 PM.
